Mayhall, III and Sunny Mayhall presented "Louisiana's Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure Act' at a forum hosted by the International Association of Insurance Receivers at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Spring 2016 National Meeting Issues Forum in New Orleans on April 4, 2016. The Act requires all Louisiana-domiciled insurers, including HMOs, to file an extensive disclosure report with the Louisiana Department of Insurance by June 1, 2016.
