Join our team and you'll work with some of the most respected, knowledgeable attorneys in their practice specialties. We employ a team approach to service each of our practice areas, and we strive to become trusted partners with each of our clients, from one-person start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
But our penchant for involvement doesn't end after work.
Year after year, our firm roster reads like a “Who's Who?” of community and business organization presidents, directors, and officers. Lending their leadership skills to such diverse interests as the Baton Rouge Area Foundation, the Council for a Better Louisiana, the Louisiana Committee of 100 Black Men, and the Pennington Biomedical Research Foundation, our attorneys have also served as appointed and elected government officials, as well as officers and directors in the American, Louisiana, and Baton Rouge Bar Associations.
The firm is equally committed to balancing the professional and personal lives of each of our lawyers. That’s why we seek associates with superior academic credentials and diverse personal backgrounds - women and men who are interested in achieving professional and personal success. We want those who are adept at providing innovative, effective, and timely legal counsel to clients, while also attending to the well being of their families, communities and the legal profession.
