Murphy J. Foster, III named Chair Elect for 2018 of the AGC America's Labor and Employment Law Council
Murphy J. Foster, III was recently named Chair Elect for 2018 of the AGC America’s Labor and Employment Law Council (LELC). The LELC is the one of the premier construction labor lawyer groups of its kind in the country. Mr. Foster currently serves as General Counsel for the Louisiana chapter of the AGC.

Murphy Foster is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, L.L.P. and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. His principal areas of practice include employment and traditional labor law, and construction litigation. He brings over 30 years of experience representing business in Labor and Construction matters and has successfully litigated a number of high profile employment and construction cases throughout the country. Mr. Foster is the former Chairman of the Labor & Employment Law section of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice section as well as the Construction Industry team at Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson.
