Jordan S. Varnado

Jordan S. Varnado is an associate in the Baton Rouge office of Breazeale Sachse, practicing in the firm's Commercial Litigation section. His practice concentrates on appellate and complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on unfair competition and trade practices, trade secret protection, secured transactions litigation, and contract disputes. Mr. Varnado represents clients in business disputes at every stage — from counseling those weighing or facing potential litigation through trial at the district and appellate levels.
