About E. Fredrick Preis, Jr.:
Fred Preis is a partner in the New Orleans office where he is a senior member of the labor and employment law section. Prior to serving as an officer in the United States Army, Fred earned both his undergraduate degree in business and his law degree from Louisiana State University. He has been representing management in labor law and employee relations matters throughout the United States for more than 30 years.
About Southern Cold Storage:
Southern Cold Storage of Alabama is a 103,300 square-foot Cold Storage Facility which includes a 81,500 square foot freezer, an 11,000 square foot refrigerated dock and a 3,500 square foot administrative office. SCS of Alabama sits on 5 acres of an overall 90 acre development that includes Keystone Foods fully cooked chicken plant. Final packed products from Keystone Foods plant are shipped through a connecting corridor on a pallet conveyor to our facility. We then store the products in our facility at -10°F until they are shipped to Keystone Foods' end users from our 15 dock stations.
