E. Fredrick Preis, Jr. named to Leading Age National Compliance & Business Ethics Advisory Group

New Orleans attorney E. Fredrick Preis, Jr. has been named to the 2017 Leading Age National Compliance & Business Ethics Advisory Group. The group will advise and assist staff in creating valuable membership tools for the diverse membership in the four broad areas of Corporate Compliance, Social Accountability, Business Ethics and Risk Management. It will help analyze and respond to proposed legislation or regulation that would affect members in the topical areas and assist staff on commmenting on such proposals.

Fred Preis is a partner in the New Orleans office where he is a senior member of the labor and employment law section. Prior to serving as an officer in the United States Army, Fred earned both his undergraduate degree in business and his law degree from Louisiana State University. He has been representing management in labor law and employee relations matters throughout the United States for more than 30 years.
