Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson Welcomes Brad Barback and Kaylan Richardson to Baton Rouge Office
The firm is pleased to announce the addition of Brad Barback and Kaylan Richardson to its Baton Rouge office, further strengthening its construction litigation and transactional practices.
Brad Barback joins the firm as a partner, focusing his practice on construction and complex commercial litigation. He represents owners, contractors, design professionals, insurers, and other industry stakeholders in disputes arising from industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects, including claims involving delay, defective work, scope disputes, payment issues, and catastrophic losses. Brad has extensive experience litigating matters in state and federal courts and in domestic and international arbitrations, including high-stakes EPC and federal construction disputes.
Kaylan Richardson joins the firm as a transactional associate in the Baton Rouge office. His practice focuses on corporate, business, and real estate matters, including corporate governance, entity formation and structuring, financial services, commercial leasing, land use, real estate development, economic development, and general business transactions. Kaylan regularly assists clients throughout the lifecycle of their businesses, from formation through ongoing operations, financing, and transactional matters, providing practical, detail-oriented counsel tailored to each client’s business objectives.
