Luke P. LaRocca joins Breazeale Sachse as Of Counsel in the firm’s Construction Practice Group. He is a full-service construction attorney who represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and developers in construction disputes and litigation. Luke also negotiates general construction contracts, subcontracts, and professional services agreements. In addition to his construction practice, he advises clients on employment matters and day-to-day general business issues.
A native of Mobile, Alabama, Luke earned his B.S. in Business Management from Tulane University in 2005 before being commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy. During his military service, he served as a Human Resources Officer and earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of New Orleans. His military service culminated in 2009 as the Enlisted Programs Officer for Naval Recruiting District New Orleans.
Luke earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2012, where he was a William S. Crowe, Sr. Scholar, member of the Loyola Law Review, and coach of the 2012 Robert F. Wagner Employment Law Moot Court Team.
