Kaylan Richardson is a transactional associate in the Baton Rouge and New Orleans offices, where he assists clients with a wide range of corporate, business, and real estate matters. His practice includes advising clients on corporate governance, entity formation and structuring, financial services, commercial leasing, land use, real estate development, economic development, sports business matters, and general business transactions. Mr. Richardson regularly assists clients throughout the lifecycle of their businesses, from initial formation through ongoing operations, financing, and transactional matters. He also advises clients on name, image, and likeness (NIL) opportunities and related commercial arrangements. He works closely with clients to provide practical, detail-oriented counsel tailored to their business objectives.
Kaylan earned his J.D. from Southern University Law Center, where he served on the Southern University Law Review, and his undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University.
