Kelsey Luckett is a partner in the Baton Rouge office practicing in the areas of administrative law, commercial litigation, tax litigation, and casualty litigation. She received her Juris Doctor with honors from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2015 and her Bachelor of Arts with honors from Louisiana State University in 2012.
Kelsey has extensive experience in complex litigation matters on both the plaintiff and defense side. In her commercial litigation practice, she handles cases involving tax, business, and property disputes, as well as representing defendants in catastrophic personal injury cases.
In addition, Kelsey practices in the area of administrative law, serving as general counsel and prosecutor for several state licensing boards. Her work includes providing regulatory advice to state agencies in their daily operations and prosecuting disciplinary actions against licensees.
Kelsey also practices in Elder Law, handling interdictions, estate matters, and property disputes.
