Mr. Bob Bowsher is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, L.L.P. His principal areas of practice are business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and federal income tax and estate matters. Mr. Bowsher has extensive experience in sales, acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations of businesses in the form of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, as well as, the structuring and implementation of venture capital transactions and joint ventures between various types of business entities. He is counsel to a number of local and regional businesses with regard to day-to-day business matters, such as reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts and other business agreements, providing tax advice on structuring financial arrangements, qualification of tax-exempt organizations and various other business planning matters.
