Richard D. Leibowitz is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, L.L.P., with more than 40 years experience in the area of public finance. He has served as Bond Counsel or Underwriter’s Counsel for over $10.0 billion of tax-exempt bonds within the State of Louisiana since 1983.
