Matt's practice focuses in the area of employment law with an emphasis on Title VII, ADEA, ADA and FLSA litigation, and he assists clients with EEOC compliance, position letters and drafting of employer handbooks, workplace policies and non-solicitation/non-competition agreements. Matt also has experience in traditional labor relations and NLRA charge and compliance procedures. 

Matt is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
