Partner - Baton Rouge

Jordan L. Faircloth is a Partner practicing casualty litigation in the Baton Rouge office. His practice includes personal injury defense, premises liability claims, insurance defense, insurance coverage disputes, medical malpractice defense, interdiction proceedings, and collection disputes. He is a member of the firm’s recruiting committee.

Jordan has extensive practice representing various health care providers (including hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, physicians, and physician groups) throughout the State in medical malpractice and casualty claims. Those matters include defending against malpractice, slip-and-fall, property damage, and other personal injury claims. Jordan also has extensive experience assisting health care providers throughout the State with interdiction matters and injunction proceedings.

Jordan graduated from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law School in 2008, where he served on the Student Bar Association, was a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Team, and was a contributing writer for The Civilian. He received his degree in political science, with a minor in business, from Louisiana State University in 2005. He was a member of LSU’s baseball team, winning the SEC Championship in 2003 and reaching the College World Series in 2003 and 2004.
