E. Fredrick Preis named to two new Leading Age Committees
E. Fredrick Preis Jr. has been named to the LeadingAge Nursing Home Advisory Group and the LeadingAge Compliance and Business Ethics Advisory Group. The Nursing Home Advisory Group will be to guide the association in terms of resources, focus areas and the like for LeadingAge's nursing home members and to serve as a resource for input on legislative and regulatory developments. The Compliance and Business Ethics Advisory Group will advise and assist LeadingAge staff in creating valuable membership tools for the diverse membership in the four broad areas of Corporate Compliance, Social Accountability, Business Ethics and Risk Management.About E. Fred Preis is a partner in the New Orleans office where he is a senior member of the labor and employment law section. Prior to serving as an officer in the United States Army, Fred earned both his undergraduate degree in business and his law degree from Louisiana State University. He has been representing management in labor law and employee relations matters throughout the United States for more than 30 years.
