The Baton Rouge Area Leadership Program was founded as a program of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber to prepare a diverse group of professionals for leadership positions in the community. Bursavich has successfully completed a project with the Louisiana Associations of Business & industry ("LABI") to clarify Louisiana statutory law regarding non-compete agreements, LSA-R.S. 22:23:931. Act No. 164 of the 2010 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature, effective August 15, 2010, amends the statute to guide the judiciary on the enforceability of non-compete agreements in Louisiana.
