Thomas R. Temple, Jr. is a partner in the Baton Rouge office. Thomas attended Millsaps College obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Economics. Thomas received his J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. Thomas is a member of all Louisiana courts, both State and Federal, and the United States Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit. Thomas' principal areas of practice include toxic tort litigation, insurance coverage litigation, products liability defense, premises liability defense, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, transportation, construction related general liability claims and railroad litigation, and other types of casualty litigation.
