Justin Stephens is an associate in the New Orleans office practicing in the areas of Healthcare Law and Litigation. He received his Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from the Loyola University School of Law. Upon graduating from law school in 2006, Mr. Stephens began to work on complex commercial litigation, including class actions, in areas such as securities fraud, employment law, insurance, professional ethics, governmental ethics, environmental law, oil and gas law and legal malpractice claims. In 2009, Mr. Stephens joined to firm of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, L.L.P. practicing in the areas of litigation and corporate health care. His areas of focus include all aspects of litigation as well as federal and state health care regulatory compliance; health care fraud and abuse and Stark II compliance; Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPPA”) compliance and health care provider licensure issues.
