Traci is an associate with the Baton Rouge office practicing extensively in the area of healthcare. She focuses her practice on a wide range of compliance and regulatory matters and has experience representing not-for-profit, for-profit and governmental hospitals, physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. Traci advises providers with respect to licensure and regulatory matters, Medicare, Medicaid and other reimbursement issues including upper payment limit reimbursement, compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations including Stark, anti-kickback, HIPAA, and other transactional and litigation matters involving providers.
