Thomas R. Temple, Jr. is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson. Thomas is currently the head of the firm’s Insurance Industry Team. Thomas attended Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Economics. Thomas received his J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. As a member of the firm's casualty litigation section, Thomas' broad areas of practice include medical malpractice defense, toxic tort litigation, insurance coverage litigation, products liability defense, transportation and construction general liability claims, as well as a variety of other types of casualty litigation.
