Emile C. Rolfs, III, a partner in the Baton Rouge office, practices primarily in the areas of corporate and environmental law. In addition to his membership in the U.S. Fifth Circuit, American, Louisiana State, and Baton Rouge Bar Associations, he is involved with both the Louisiana and International Associations of Defense Counsel. A member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Mr. Rolfs has served as Secretary-Treasurer, Vice President, and as President of the Louisiana Chapter. He has been a Master of The Dean Henry George McMahon American Inn of Court since January of 1993 and served as the chapter’s President for four years, beginning in September of 1999.
