The Emerge Center has announced Managing Partner Scott N. Hensgens as one of the 2016 Baton Rouge Area Volunteer Activist award winners.
The Emerge Center has announced that Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson’s Managing Partner, Scott N. Hensgens, will be recognized as one of the 2016 Baton Rouge Area Volunteer Activist award winners.
Mr. Hensgens currently volunteers with a number of charities throughout the Greater Baton Rouge area. These include Capital Area Medical-Legal Partnership, Inc., Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana (PAR), Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge, Community Fund for the Arts, Downtown Development District, Commissioner, Our Lady of the Lake College Development Committee, Academic Distinction Fund, Board Member, Better Business Bureau of South Central Louisiana, Baton Rouge Area Chamber Business Development Committee, Friends of the Baton Rouge Zoo and the Rotary Club of Baton Rouge.
The Volunteer Activist award honors community members who dedicate their time and talents to organizations across Baton Rouge and helps raise critical funds for the Emerge Center. Mr. Hensgens joins the ranks of fellow BSW partners, H. Payne Breazeale Jr. and Gordon Pugh as a Baton Rouge Area Volunteer Activist award recipient.
