Michael R. "Mickey" Hubbell represents Business Owners and Entrepreneurs and understands the issues that they face each day. His experience involves multiple business disciplines, including corporate organization, marketing, finance, company facilites, management, economics, accounting, statistical reporting, and business decision-making and negotiations.

Mr. Hubbell incorporates his legal knowledge and over 35 years’ experience dealing with business operational issues as out-side counsel into providing guidance and legal advice to Business Owners and Entrepreneurs. He frequently functions as a member of a business "team" with clients that he services. His commercial litigation experience adds value to counseling clients in business decision making and dispute resolution.

Mr. Hubbell’s experience is in both transactional matters and commercial litigation matters. When legal matters involve specific knowledge and experience in areas of law practiced by other attorneys in our firm, Mr. Hubbell works closely with those attorneys in an effort to accomplish the ultimate desired legal and business result.

Mr. Hubbell is listed in Best Lawyers as "Lawyer of the Year" in Commercial Transactions / UCC Law in Baton Rouge for 2024. His peers have also selected him for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America®, since 2013.
